The Muppet Movie was awesome!! So funny and wonderful! <3
Finding out that my uncle had a stroke and started bleeding in his brain immediately after was not so great. Mom and Dad are on their way back from Dallas now. I hope everything went okay…
I’m procrastinating! I don’t want to write this essay about Rappaccini’s Daughter! It’s soooooo dense!

I’m back! I’m also staring at my super amazing drawing of T-Rex versus Giant Squid.
I need to stop doodling in class where people can see me…

Today was a truly fantastic. My dreams last night were as strange as usual, involving an elderly Asian widow and Lo Pan. I never did find out how her banquet turned out…
When I woke up, I made a swing through the house just to straighten up and keep the parents happy. Once that was done, I made my obligatory sweep through y!gallery, facebook, deviantART, MSN, Memebase (and other affiliated websites), and blogspot. So much to read!! Every day brings a hundred new articles to browse, pictures to view, and posts to check out. I guess some people might say that I’m media addicted, but I think I like it. It’s good to keep up with the busy world around me.
I got to use a Coinstar for the first time today! It was so loud, and a little girl that was at H.E.B. with her mom was just as excited as I was! With a $20 voucher, I got into the express aisle behind an older lady that had WAY more than 10 items, a few coupons, and, to top it all off, she wrote a check. I wasn’t in any hurry so I smiled patiently as she made embarrassed smalltalk. The guy behind me just bought an eight-pack of Butterfinger minis…CREEEEPYYYYY.
I got some Wendy’s for Luke and I (also took a while, but I was in no hurry to brave the traffic) and we talked Caleb into starting Dragon Age II. It was fun to watch for a while, but I got bored when Luke fell asleep and so I started to watch Tron: Legacy. My parents got home and wanted to leave for the Lebanese Festival before I got into the movie very far, so I set it to record (LOVE AT&T U-Verse!) and we left. I GOT TO EAT SO MUCH DELICIOUS PASTRY!! Maamool, Baklawa, and yummy Sfoof! They went great with the mint tea even though it was cold as hell. Luke, Caleb, Alex, and I got tired pretty fast and so we left not long after we arrived. We stopped to get beer (Luke, Alex, and I waited in the car to listen to music) and then we came home. Mom and Dad beat us home, but they were getting ready for bed so I went upstairs to play a little Monster Hunter while Luke wrote letters to his friends.
Once he was done, we decided to finish Tron together. It was an okay movie, and the actor is a hot tamale , but it wasn’t as great as everyone said it was. Not even NEAR as good as Puss in Boots. Luke just went to bed and I think I’ll write a little before I turn in tonight. I should work on my character background for Mage or for my Qedeshah, but I doubt that I’ll do what I should.
On second thought, I REALLY should work on my research paper for Authorship and Anonymity, but let’s be reasonable. Why would I work on a 10-page paper that isn’t due until December on a weekend?
That’s all for tonight. I hope I’ll be able to keep up regular journal entries. It feels nice to meditate on the day!
